Pick Your Meals
Choose your meal plan of 5 or 10 meals. You will then be prompted to select your portions, proteins and sides. Vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options will be available. The menu will change every week, so no need to worry about getting bored. Don’t forget to click chef’s choice or mix it up if you want to take out the guesswork!
We Shop, Chop & Prep
Time is Money! So save yourself time and money by allowing us to shop for fresh, whole ingredients and prepare our delicious and healthy meals just for you.
Pick-up or Delivery
Don’t forget to select your pick-up time slot for Sunday evenings or have it delivered to your doorstep, workplace or gym on Monday. Either way, you can sit back and relax knowing you don’t have to worry about what you’ll have for lunch or what to cook for dinner.
Heat, Eat & Repeat
Meals are ready to enjoy. Just place in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or transfer to an oven dish and bake for 5 to 6 minutes.
